Volunteer Info Session on Jan 17

Interested in learning more about becoming a volunteer at our center? Join us for an information session on Thursday, January 17.  It will be come and go from 4-6 pm at our center at 112 West Fifth Street in Bonham.

Take a tour, meet some of our staff, ask questions and learn more about all of the ways volunteers contribute their time and talents to help kids.  Whether you want to be a CASA advocate, provide child care during CAC groups, organize the Rainbow Room or other do tasks around the center, this information session will be a great opportunity to learn more about what volunteers do at our center, as well as how to apply and what training is required.  Please note that attendance at this information session is NOT required to become a volunteer.  more

Our Kids’ Stories

Every day, we work with children from hard places.  We are often asked how we can bear to hear about the abuse and suffering.  Perhaps it is because we also see and hear the inspiring stories of kids overcoming adversity, healing from their trauma and succeeding despite the challenges they face.   more
