“CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates” is one of several speciality license plates offered by the Texas Department of Transportation. For an extra $30, you can get one of these license plates to show your support of abused children. For each plate purchased in Fannin County, $11 will be given to the Fannin County Children's Center.  Another $11 will go to Texas CASA to support our statewide efforts for kids.  The remaining $8 goes to the Texas Department of Transportation.
